MEET YOUR DESIGNER
Get to Know Christina
Originally from Toronto with a background as a professional ballet dancer, Christina spent countless hours immersed in the opulence and visual wonders of the theatre — an influence that continues to shape her aesthetic today.
When the world came to a halt in 2020, Christina turned her creative energy toward her first project: designing and renovating her family’s log cabin, transforming it into a charming vacation retreat. However, it was the restoration of her 1855 heritage home that truly ignited her desire to create unique spaces, which ultimately led her to pursue a diploma in interior design.
Today, Poppy and Peridot specializes in restoring and rejuvenating historic homes in the Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County areas. Christina's dedication to breathing new life into these spaces reflects her belief that every home has a story to tell—a narrative waiting to be uncovered and celebrated.
